  • What's your Cancellation Policy?

    You can cancel your membership at any time. Your subscription will run through the end of your billing cycle. For monthly members this is the end of your current monthly cycle. For yearly members this is the end of your current yearly cycle. You can do all of this under your profile (Billing) - access by the clicking your name in the upper left corner of your screen and clicking "My Account".

  • Do You Offer Refunds?

    I don’t offer refunds. Once your membership has paid, you will have access to your account through the end of your billing cycle.

  • What if I'm Not Satisfied?

    All memberships begin with a 7-day free trial to give you a chance to check the membership out and see if you like it. If you’re not satisfied, you can cancel anytime within those 7-days at no charge.

  • What Payment Methods do you accept?

    I currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express; as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay


  • Is there an App?

    Yes, there is an app. You can find instructions for downloading and using in the "Start Here" Collection of your membership (Navigating the Tech - App). (It’s in the baby stages of creation and is pretty basic at the moment. I personally find the mobile version of the website more user friendly than the app. To make it easy to open, you can “favorite” the link of your Membership Dashboard in your web browser app (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.), so you can access it easily on your phone.)

  • How do I Download the App?

    You can find instructions for downloading and using in the "Start Here" Collection of your membership (Navigating the Tech - App).

  • App Troubleshooting

    Check the instructions in the "Start Here" Collection of your membership (Navigating the Tech - App). If your problems still persist, contact Laura using the "contact support" button in the dropdown by your name (upper left corner of your screen).

  • How do I Reset my Password?

    FROM THE LOGIN PAGE: Click “Forgot Password” (it’s under the password box on the right). Follow instructions to reset password. IN THE MEMBERSHIP DASHBOARD: Go to your dashboard. Click the dropdown next to your name. Click “My Account”. Click “Password” (it’s the 2nd option down on the left). IN THE APP: Go to the Home screen (it’s the button on the bottom menu, on the left). Click on the circle with your first initial (it’s in the upper right hand corner). Click on “Contact Christian Stress Release” (it’s the 4th option down). Click “Email Support” → it will automatically open your default email provider with my email address already filled into a new message.

  • Why won't the Videos and Audios Load?

    Check your internet/cellular connection to make sure it’s working. If the videos/audios are buffering, it may be a speed issue with your internet or cell service. If you’re still having issues, you can contact me HERE.

  • I'm having Tech Issues... how do I Contact You?

    Contact Laura using the "contact support" button in the dropdown by your name (upper left corner of your screen).

Mental Health Resources

  • Will These Techniques Heal My Mental Health?

    Not in the confines of this membership. Mental health is comprised of a multitude of factors, including: current stressors, past experiences and traumas, diet, environmental toxins, etc. To heal Mental Health, you need to take a deep dive into your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health with trained professionals who can assess your specific needs and provide tailored guidance specifically designed for you. An online membership of pre-recorded videos is not going to bring about healing. It is simply a resource to release the stress and negative emotions in the present moment, which can bring about relief to your symptoms.

  • Can EFT and Inner Child Work (ICW) Meditations Heal Trauma?

    When done correctly with a practitioner guiding you, EFT and ICW can release the layers of trauma/PTSD from your mind, body and nervous system, in essence healing your trauma. This is only done safely and effectively through one-on-one sessions with a trained professional who will guide you safely and gently into your subconscious mind and body (where the trauma is stored). You can find mental health practitioners of all varieties here. *DO NOT TRY THESE TECHNIQUES ON YOUR OWN IN AN EFFORT TO HEAL YOUR TRAUMA. The risk of re-traumatization is extremely high and can be incredibly dangerous. Mental health is a very delicate part of you, and can shift from a state of calm into a state of shutdown very quickly, leading to suicidal ideation or suicide. These techniques are only to be used with present day emotions and stressors when used alone.

  • Can I Use These Techniques With My Kids?

    Yes, many of the techniques used in this Membership are wonderful with kids. They need to be tailored to their specific age range to ensure proper safety with emotions, painful memories and brain development, as well as words that speak to kids in their stage of life.
